Visitor codes the gate verifies in seconds, dues collected without chasing neighbours, an estate that runs on one platform instead of six WhatsApp groups. And a panic button no plan, no toggle and no arrears can ever switch off.
A resident pays, invites and calls for help in a few taps. The exco bills, reconciles and broadcasts from a phone. The gatehouse scans and logs on a tablet that keeps working when the network does not.

Calls from the barrier, bank-statement reconciliation on a Sunday evening, cash that changes hands three times, and the argument about who paid what.
A resident mints a pass in three taps: a one-off visitor, a recurring pass for the nanny, an expected guest, an event guest list, or a named exit. The gatehouse tablet scans it or types it, checks the signature locally and logs it, with a photograph if the estate wants one. No call to the resident. No network required.
Bill every unit at once. Residents pay by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack, or upload proof of a cash or transfer payment for the treasurer to confirm. Every payment lands against the right unit with a receipt, and the sanctions matrix decides what a household in arrears may still do.
Repair requests with photos and a response-time record. Facility booking. Events with approval and a guest list. The estate shop, a thrift board, polls, an AGM with a register and quorum, and a board residents can read even when they cannot post.
One press sounds an alarm on the gatehouse tablet with the unit and the caller, notifies the exco, and can fan out to the neighbours. Emergency contacts, incident reporting and anonymous reporting sit beside it. None of these are on any plan or any toggle, and no arrears can lock them.
Put in your estate's numbers and see what manual collection leaves uncollected each year. Your figures, not ours.
Service charge billed and never paid, at your current collection rate.
Each tier is the one below it plus more. The exco can also switch any module off for its own estate, whatever the plan says.
Pricing is per estate and depends on size. Ask for it in the demo.
Panic, emergency contacts, incident reporting, seeing a bill and paying it are written into the code as things no plan, toggle or sanction can withhold. Not a setting somebody can get wrong at 11pm.
Passes are signed. The tablet verifies them against a local snapshot and a revocation list, logs offline, and syncs when the signal returns.
Cards, bank transfer and USSD settle through a licensed processor. Cash and direct transfers are recorded against a unit with proof, so the treasurer's month closes.
A 20-minute walkthrough with the people who built it. We set up the estate, issue the setup code, and residents claim their own units.
Ask the person who sent you this page for a time. They will set the estate up with you on the call.
